About Terry
Terry Voss, the CEO of AAIMS, has worked in the business for 35 years. At 19, he got his first job with ITT Canon. He learned about metal stamping (lathes, mills, and metal works) and injection casting with thermoplastic and thermoset plastics through manufacturing. In the 1980s, he added plastics. Terry looked at how plastic products for consumers have changed. Terry had many different jobs at many different companies. He made parts for cars, electrical connectors, irrigation, water filters, and parts that were made to order. Learning how to do everything from run a machine to make a design has kept him at the top of the casting business and kept customers happy.In 2010, Terry began TST Molding (AAIMS). Starting AAIMS was his dream, and it gave him a chance to do what he loves for a job. Terry's customers show how much he loves injection casting.
